Removes trd_v21b_mcbm parameter files

trd_v21b_mcbm is removed from the geometry repo cbmroot_geometry!196 (merged). These parameter files have errors and are removed. See Redmine #2659

what why step 1? That will surely confuse people.

I thought what you meant was:

1. rm TRD params
2. rm old material maps
3. [..] n. = add new fixed material maps

Is that not it?

No. The other MR is for multiple subsystems, not just the trd.
