Correct TRD2D z position in parameter v22h setup

Hello,

I have created the missing parameter files which were requested in https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/2625 and also other parameter files which were not there. I also had to correct the TRD2D z position in the digi parameter file for the v22h setup, because it was wrong.
