Request FairRoot version v-15.11 or newer for the CbmRoot compilation. If the version is to old CMake will stop with an error message. This minimum FairRoot version is needed to allow to switch data persistency from the macro. Change all FairTask derrived classes where the Register function was called with a hardcoded kTRUE in a way that the data persistency can be changed from the macro. If nothing is set in the macro the default value is kTRUE and all branches are written to the output file. To switch off the output of branches one has simply to add task->SetOutputBranchPersistent("Branch Name", kFALSE); for each of the branches.

Rename directory cbmdata->data, cbmbase->base, cbmgenerators->generators and cbmdisplay->eventdisplay. Change build system to take this renaming into account.

Define new CMake variable SYSTEM_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES. Add all external include directories, which doesn't belong to CbmRoot there. The compiler will not generate warnings if these warnings are generated from files in these directories.
