Add new constructor which get a vector of input files.
These files are put in a TChain in the order of the vector.
Check if file exist befor putting it to the chain. Stop
execution if it doesn't exist.

Add missing include statement.
Remove obsolete include statements. Header files were removed with the
latests ROOT version. 
Add staic_cast when using ROOT > 6.12.0.

Create subdirectory for unigen related classes.
Move unigen related classes into new subdirectory.
Adapt CMake files in analysis directory to new directory layout.

Pluto in the current form can't be compiled with ROOT6 suchn that the
Pluto generator has to be switched off. Fortunatly only some part of 
pluto is needed to allow reading of the ROOT files with the pluto 
particle information.
This part can be compiled with ROOT6 such that the needed parts have
been copied to our repository and have been adapted to work with
CbmRoot.
With this hack it is again possible to use the CbmPlutoGenerator and
read Pluto files which have been generated with ROOT5. Refs #1040 @4h

Rename directory cbmdata->data, cbmbase->base, cbmgenerators->generators and cbmdisplay->eventdisplay. Change build system to take this renaming into account.
