as well as with the old FairRoot internal implementations. Switch off compilation of MQ
when using FairSoft may18 with an older FairRoot release.

With this first commit some examples of devices are implemented.
Beside the devices there are also some scripts to start some basic
topologies. All binaries are installed in subdirectories below
bin/MQ. In the directoriy bin/MQ/topologies one can find the
start scripts for different example topologies.
