Bugfix 2-station MVD

It was discovered that the number of sensors in the 2nd station of the 2-station MVD was incorrect. It was 4 when it should have been 7.

This commit replaces an incorrect geometry, which is removed. A new tag is given, the setup file is updated. The generating macro is provided.
