msts v24d geometry, introduces passive volumes such as c-frames, msts-upgrade box, beam-pipe screen

This version, v24d, is based on the previous geometry tag and now contains passive volumes.

Passive volumes are defined in gdml file in a conventional way of defining root geometry volumes.

Passive volumes: C-frames, mSTS upgrade module box and beam-pipe screen are introduced in the v24d tag. Also, Some bug fixes were done to the height (when you put the ladder horizontally) of the ladder.
