mSTS geometry Station position corrected

Mehulkumar Shiroya requested to merge m.shiroya/cbmroot_geometry:mCBM_STS_Geometry into master

mSTS v24c geometry.

corrected mSTS position as per the location in Experimental CAVE. for example. Passive box position, Station position inside the box and the position of the mSTS upgrade module. The changes were only made in the Z direction/axis shift.
