Fix y_shift for U1L1M0 sensor

EDIT by @p.-a.loizeau: I think the data in the info match the changelog of the Creation macro that I copied there:

  • the change of -0.25 cm in Z position comes from -0.2 cm between stations + -0.05 cm between ladders in station 2
  • new ladder type 12 instead of 10
  • some Y shifts in second station
