Block STS geometery: STS3+STS5

Mehulkumar Shiroya requested to merge m.shiroya/cbmroot_geometry:Block_STS into master

This is Block STS variant v22d. This geometry variant has an additional C-frame, and support structure around the STS-3 block. Additionally, it has Cooling pipes, LV cables, HV cables, an Optical fibre cable box, a Power cable box outside of the acceptance area and cooling tubes(Perforated tubes) along the central ladders.
