Setup changes for MVD as decided at SWM20220217

The MVD for sis100_electron is changed to v20a.

The MVD is removed from sis100_hadron_DEC21 setup.

@o.golosov changes to the MVD. Please approve or comment.

I do not remove the mvd from the sis100_hadron_APR21 as this how it was. Nor do I remove it from sis100_hadron as this is supposed to be directly compared, and are temporary for the next few weeks only. However it is to be removed going forward so I remove it from sis100_hadron_DEC21.

I think the mvd should be removed from all hadron setups.

not sure about hadron setups but the issue with sis100_electron should be solved with this commit

When I standard run_reco.C after this changes, I get the following error messages outputted

[ERROR] No MvdDigi branch found. There was no MVD in the simulation. Switch this task off
-I- MVD Hit Finder: Initialisation...

Perhaps these should be suppressed.
