add geometries related to the long STS v19i, a streched PIPE v16d_1e, the 40 mm translated MVD v17b VX and TR geometries and a corresponding setup file, refs #1649 #1690

Only setups are updated which are in the test suite. Refs #1311

All include geometries weren't changed. Instead of writing the volumes
to the file the volumes are now exported and the placement matrix added
to the file. The new file format solves a problem that for some volumes
the media was changed when combining the different detector geometries
to the complete experimental setup. Refs #1535

Change the setups for sis100_electron and sis300_electron
