The files contain the list of headers for both project with the corresponding targets.

Add tools to extract teh ROOT target dependencies from the include file names.
The text file contains a list of header files names with the corresponding
target dependency. Th generate script can be used to update the text file if
some heder files are missing.
The FindRootLibs.sh script will return the information aboout public, private
and interface dependencies when checking all source and header files in a
given directory.
