      Corrects placement for PSD to be within permitted range according to current knowledge from CATIA.
      
      PSD is placed 9.81m to the target with is consistent with experiment setups with either the RICH or the MUCH.

      "v20a_1e" places the ToF at 7.03m from the target which is consistent with the closest placement in the electron setup according to current best knowledge.
      
      "v20a_1m" places the ToF at 7.62m from the target which is consistent with the closest placement of the detector with the MUCH and its 5th absorber in place.

      Update setups to use new tof geometry · 14e92f71
      Administrator authored
      Use geometry tof_v16e instead of tof_v16d. The geometries are identical
      except for a difference in the numbering. Due to some planned changes in
      the tof addressing scheme a new module type has to be added such that the
      number of modules of the same type stays below 128.

      The carrier medium of the 1st station of the vx (vertexing)
      geometries should be CVD diamond. This material/medium
      was introduced in a previous commit but erroneously not
      used up to now. This commit fixed this.

      Some heat sink volumes had random integer values
      in their volume name due to an uninitialized integer
      variable in the macro creating the geometries.
      
      Except for the changed volume names, the content of
      the geometry files is identical to the previously
      submitted version of v20{a,b,c}_{tr,vx}.
