The carrier medium of the 1st station of the vx (vertexing)
geometries should be CVD diamond. This material/medium
was introduced in a previous commit but erroneously not
used up to now. This commit fixed this.

Some heat sink volumes had random integer values
in their volume name due to an uninitialized integer
variable in the macro creating the geometries.

Except for the changed volume names, the content of
the geometry files is identical to the previously
submitted version of v20{a,b,c}_{tr,vx}.

Add mMUCH v20a, by Om Chaudhry, which fixes the orientation of the cooling plate and shifts mMUCH to the correct position, refs #1725

Add three STS geometries v19k,l,m which have asymmetric ladder configuration and differ in the spacing between sensors in z-direction, refs #1730

A consultation with our electronics expert resulted in
a larger expected material budget for our front-end electronics
which is why the heatsinks hosting them were further increased
in thickness.
Now the electronics are represented by 7mm aluminium
equivalent (x/X0=7.9%) instead of 3mm (x/X0=3.4%)
as in the parent commit.
