Decrease log lines and log levels + log fixes in various places in Reco classes

1. Decrease some log levels to debug in L1, CA, CbmRecoQaTask and in the calibration loading part of CbmTofEventClusterizer to reduce the size of the Initialization block in the logs (and the amount of details needed only by experts)
2. Fix some spacing and line spreads in the Init part of Sts Reco (same reason)
3. Use only FairLogger in L1 for consistency and to avoid options conflicts at compilation/runtime = reason for Bugfix label
4. Use only FairLogger in CbmKFPartEfficiencies to allow control of the log level

Part of the stack of non-CI commits in !1874 (merged), separated to make it more visible/obvious and get it in without waiting for resolution of the online logger troubles
