With the new mcbm setups for 2022 many of the files for the media checks of
the full geometry were missing. refs #2323 @1h

We don't want to have files with dos CRLF line endings in the repository,
so we test if any of the changed files has this file type.

Add new files which are needed to check the correctness of the full geometry
for mCBM setups of 2020 and 2021.

The geometries are newly added in one of the default setups such that
the corresponding file with the media information is needed to pass
the nightly tests.

The psd file had a wrong name before. Create a symlink to the correct name.
Add files for new tof geometries.

The files contain the media information per node in the detector geometry
at generation time of the geometry. A test compares this information to
the media at run time. Refs #1535

The files store the media information for each TGeoNode at construction
time for the different detector geometries. The information is compared
to the media in the full CbmRoot setup after transport. The files are
needed as input for the check_media.C macro.

Move the input and refernce data needed by the KF test suite in macro/KF
from the macro directory to the input repository.
