- Histograms are now produced separately for residual and pull distributions.
- Enabled auto-extension of histogram axes.

CbmTrdHitProducerQa: Histograms are now produced for a pre-selected number of planes (set by user, default = 4). Added CbmQaCanvas containers for all histograms (layer-wise).

correct positions of TRD v22a and v22b, use full FEE coverage and fix macros to generare parameter files with fairroot v18.6.x, refs #2332

The macro loops over the branches contained in the input file and reports
the sizes of the differnt branches. The output is a table written to cout.
The table is sorted from smallest to largest sizes.
