This is a manual patch. The files allow reading data from all 3 eq_ids,
i.e. the 2 1D chambers and the 2D chamber with the Spadic mounted. The
position mapping should be correct for the 2 1D chambers, to be checked
though. For the 2D chamber it is most probably wrong. A correct
positioning, i.e. x-/y-positions in the mCBM coordinate system, requires
a full geometry, which is not yet available.

Up to now the histo representing a drifttime map for the 1D TRD modules is stored in FeatureExtractionLookup.root. Yet to come updates/upgrades of the 1D digitizer part will use the new separated file. As soon as they superseded the current implementation the drifttime map histo will be removed from the FeatureExtractionLookup file.

Remark further updates still to come when the equipment ids are finally
fixed.

This was previously replaced by a symbolic link to the 19a version, leading to missmatching residuals and Z positions after reconstruction.

Fix the stage for the rebase check.
After the upgrade it looks like that the pipeline doesn't run any longer in
the context of the forked project but in context of the master project such
that the project path wasn't correct any longer. This allows now to compare
upstream/master to HEAD.

We don't want to have files with dos CRLF line endings in the repository,
so we test if any of the changed files has this file type.

run 831 parameters, others to follow soon

A new geometry with the tag v20a, containing changed z positions.
This commit updates the parameter directories accordingly.
