Introduces v22b 5 station STS geometry

New sts geometry by FU based upon the 5 station v21e_sis18. Corrects rootunit issue present on some root versions.

+The STS v22b geometry is a 5 station STS version where the first 3 stations of the 8 station are removed. 
+It was created by FU and is based upon the v21e_sis18 geometry from DE. 
+
+Post distribution, it was discovered that the v21e_sis18 had internal inconsistancies which caused
+segmentation faults on some systems but not others, with certain combinations of detector but not others.
+
+sts_v22b offers a more robust geometry to replace v21e_sis18 and should be used instead.
+
