This psd was being used for the 11 AGeV/c (10 AGeV) fully stripped gold beam.
It was compatiable with pipe_v21i and fsd_v23i
PSD geometry v24f created with create_psdgeo_with_hole.C
psd_v24f is for a non-deflected beampipe, i.e. no magnetic field, or very large beam energies.
