geometry/macro/SUBSYSTEM/fair, refs #2474

Similar to platform_v16 but shifted by 40cm. Updates the setup files.

Renames setups previousily in validation stage to be the new defaults
for the DEC21 release. Changes function name to match filename.

Test setups for change of coordinate system are removed.
Default APR21 setups are removed from repo.

Placement of tof_v20c and tof_v21a placement is corrected. This commit
overwrites existing geometries.

Defines the local tof origin to be the most upstream postion which is
the front surface of the frame.

PSD parking postion is intended for the hadron and muon setups.
Hadron setup files updated. PSD parking postion is 18m from
target, shifted to left by 0.9 m and lowered by 0.7 m.

The MVD for sis100_electron is changed to v20a.

The MVD is removed from sis100_hadron_DEC21 setup.
At FU request, it is also removed from sis100_hadron and
sis100_hadron_APR21 setups.

This geometry files only adds copy numbers to the nodes. The geometry itself
hasn't changed.

Fixes magnet_v21b position.

Update trd tag in DEC21 lmvm setup.

add mCBM 2022 06 setup consisting only of STS, TOF, RICH and PSD, ,as discussed in the SIM meeting of Feb 15th

The GDML file is a copy of rich_v17a_1e.gdml where the names of the rich
volume is changed from rich_v17a_1e to rich_v21a.
The ROOT geometry was created with macro/rich/Import_GDML_Export_ROOT.c
as it is added with CbmRoot MR 714.

v22b with box
v22c without box

These are same as v22a and v22b but with corrected radiation
as discussed in mCBM meeting 2022-02-01

The setup files were modified accordingly.

Uses new MVD binaries and updates to use tof v21a

One for vertexing and tracking modes.

Shifts mvd_v20c geometries by 40 cm consistent with the change of coordinate system.

add mSTS v22a which implements its aluminium box and include it to the mcbm setup 2022_01, refs #2404

Includes media.geo with BP material definiations.

Corrects radiaiton length miscalculation in MR
